welcome to this little nook of internetville.
i'm just a little mum named Cori, living in a more-shabby-than-chic 1930s house in England with my husband and daughter. navigating motherhood, hanging out in the kitchen and always on the hunt for the handmade, the vintage or the downright quirky. books are important in our house. as is food. and the tv gets more attention than i would like. i don't take myself very seriously, so you probably shouldn't either.

i really am rather small, a mere 5'1" {or whatever that is in modern meterage}

this blog is where i document the day to day happenings of this little mum and i try to celebrate the good things in life. it is also motivation for me to improve my photography skills.

nothing very fancy, it's a second hand canon eos 400d and i use my 50mm 1:1.8 II a lot

stripes.
